What You Need
- 3 Cups Sushi Rice
- 4 Nori Sheets
- 320 grams Imitation Crab Meat
- 1 Avocado
- Lemon Juice
- 1/2 English Cucumber
- 6 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 2 tbsp White Sugar
- 2 tsp Salt
- Bamboo Sushi Roll Mat
- Clean Cutting Board & Knife
- Japanese Mayonnaise
- Soy Sauce and Wasabi
- Pickled Ginger
Most grocery stores will carry these ingredients. When I'm in Vancouver, I use Fujiya, and have even found supplies in T & T Supermarket. Once you have all the ingredients you need, proceed to Step 1 and follow the directions shown in each subsequent step. Kampai! (Cheers, toast; literally, to drink a glass dry). In Japan, it is usually traditional to fill another's glass full.
