Web-Based Resources

You will find all the resources associated with my YouTube channel here, including all the examples covered in each video. This page will be updated as more videos are uploaded to YouTube. In 2017, I was going to return to running a business, but decided to instead return to BCIT. In 2014, when continued ARC Web Design in Vancouver, I took on things that should have been done by an accountant! If you intend to run a web design business, outsource things that can be done by someone else. I will certainly do so for ARC Web Instruction once the channel is monetized.

ARC Web Development

In December 2019, I planned on launcing ARC Web Development, but never got around to putting the website online; running a business was not something that I was ready to return to. The older website that I began revising in May 2026, on the other hand, was first created in May 2017, and contains my portfolio from 2011-2015. At the time, I was at SAP and had other obligations. The first site also contains results from BCIT's Applied Web Development program. In April 2020, little did I know that the pandemic would effect my final courses. Thankfully, a lot has changed since then. And alas, some things have not changed.

Use of AI

As I am the only one running ARC Web Instruction, I rely upon AI to do some of the work for me. It is quite good at doing mundane tasks -- and should not be ignored. For design as well as development, perhaps it could help you as well. Just be aware that it can make mistakes.
