As instructed by your teacher, you are learning music theory to write compositions and improve upon your musical ability.
Playing (and evaluating) each other's compositions is a part of that process -- just as playing selected ARC Compositions
is part of each day's class. Music theory is a complex subject, and as guided by your instructor, each of the photos in each
lesson will make more sense as you progress from lesson to lesson. If necessary, venture back and forth from lesson to
another -- as there are often relationships between defined concepts. Which comes first: the chicken or the egg? In music,
concepts are often interrelated. Sometimes it is necessary to go backwards as well as forward. Those who write music compositions
do not write masterpieces from the very start. They start with the basics.
